Week 1 —
I went to the gym this afternoon and weighed (we don’t have a scale at home — so even though Los harassed me late Saturday night to post something, I had to wait until today!).
Lost 2 pounds in the first week. That’s a pretty good start… Mainly, I went to the gym more often for some cardio and I tried not to eat my late night snack!
Starting weight – 186
Goal – 165
